SC035HGS Global Shutter DVP Camera Module:
TYS-035-V1 adopting SmartSens SC035HGS global shutter CMOS sensor,with 300000 pixels,fixed VGA resolution (640*480),distortion free design,the max frame rate can reach 180fps.suitable for detail detection such as scanning and character recognition.

Advantage of 0.3MP SC035HGS Global Shutter speed:
Dynamic distortion free: All pixels are synchronously exposed (different from the progressive scanning of a rolling shutter), completely eliminating the jelly effect of high-speed motion (such as a 5m/s conveyor belt) at 180fps (VGA).
SmartGS ™- 2 Plus optimization: Through parallel voltage domain reading technology, the shutter efficiency (PLS) is greater than 40000, and motion spots are suppressed under strong light (such as a barcode scanner under direct sunlight). It supports short exposure at the μ s level (adjustable from 1 μ s to 10ms) and adapts to extreme dynamic scenes.
BSI backlit pixel (3 μ m):
Near infrared enhancement: The 940nm quantum efficiency reaches 20.3% (4 times higher than the traditional FSI global shutter), coupled with infrared fill light that can penetrate plastic/paper, supporting DPM code (direct part marking) and low light reading (such as warehouse shelf QR code).
Low noise design: Stack MIM capacitor technology reduces fixed mode noise (FPN) by 84% (referring to the same platform SC136HGS), improves low light SNR by 30%, and is suitable for defect detection of lithium electrode sheets (0.1mm accuracy).
